Skills Advancement and Fundamentals Fortification: Comprehensive Training Program Officially Launched

To substantially enhance employees' core job skills and strengthen the foundation of corporate safety and quality management, Glotech Electronics (Suzhou) Corp. recently launched a company-wide "Position Capability Enhancement and Safety Reinforcement" training series. This program aims to develop a highly skilled workforce with strong safety awareness and execution capabilities through systematic, practical learning.

This training program, spearheaded by the company's Human Resources Department, was collaboratively developed with core departments including Production, Technology, Safety, and Quality. Targeting critical production and operational positions, it enhances understanding and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Through a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, the program ensures standardized operations, efficient processes, and consistent quality.

Participants will systematically study the latest workplace safety regulations and corporate safety management systems, supplemented by in-depth analysis of industry accident case studies for safety education. Emphasis is placed on strengthening hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response drills (e.g., fire, leakage scenarios), and proper use/maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

To ensure uninterrupted production operations, the training will be rolled out in batches, by position, and in phases, ultimately achieving full coverage of all critical roles. "Fortifying the Fundamentals" is the prerequisite for the company's steady development, while "Advancing Skills" is the key driver of innovation. This company-wide training is not a mere formality, but a strategic initiative to solidify our talent foundation and enhance core competitiveness. Through systematic capacity building, we aim to equip every employee with expert-level command of their position-specific skills, thoroughly internalizing safety protocols and consistently applying them in practice. This will provide the most robust talent guarantee for the company's sustainable and high-quality development.
